Stevie’s Bistro owner ‘heartbroken’ over decision to close her Camp Hill restaurant

It wasn’t an easy call for Stevie Wright to make.

In late August as she entered Stevie’s Bistro’s walk-in cooler and discovered a failed cooling unit and spoiled food, it became clear: After a 2 1/2-year run, she decided to permanently close the neighborhood restaurant at 2163 Market St. in Camp Hill.

The failed unit was one of a string of signs along with pandemic-fueled staffing struggles and supply chain disruptions, as well as health issues that triggered the decision.

“I believe the universe sends us signs. Along the way it sent me several signs,” Wright said.

North Little Rock coffee emporium Dark Side opens lounge; Camp Taco pending in Little Rock

Dark Side Coffee Co. opened its new “lounge” location, in the former Angry Dave’s Bicycles space at 3217 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock.
